"A few years ago, Family Credit Counseling Corporation was having major difficulties servicing our customers over the phone. Our clients, individuals that came to our not-for-profit financial counseling organization because they needed our help, were very frustrated with the long delays getting through to our support staff. Our counselors were overwhelmed with calls, many from clients waiting on the line for half an hour or longer! At least, that’s what the clients told us. Family Credit did not have any reliable way of tracking calls, figuring out how many clients were trying to reach us but couldn’t or how effectively our staff was handling the clients that eventually got through.
COMRES came in, evaluated our needs and provided us with a solution. Within weeks of “going live” with our new ACD system, the chaos was replaced by controlled frantic activity.
