The outside sales representative shall work to establish new accounts for phone equipment service, voice/data cabling installation, telecommunications carrier service and other products/services offered by ComRes.
Major Duties and Functions Include:
- Contact potential organizations that may have a need for ComR
es products and services and establish relationships with those contacts.
- Translate contact data into CRM tools
- Educate potential customers on ComRes products/services, prepare proposals, give presentations
- Identify key decision makers with prospects and what are the key selling points to winning their business
- The position requires the person to understand and adapt to changing technology, translate that technology into opportunites, choose appropriate tools and resources, and execute to achieve desired results
What You Need to Succeed:
- Associates's degree plus 2 or more years related experience in outsides sales, preferably with telecommunications or other technology products/services
- The candidate must be a motivated, detail-oriented and self-directed individual who can understand and complete tasks with limited direction
- The candidate must be able to react quickly to a changing a fluid environment, and produce on-time quality results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
Proficiency in CRM Tools such as ACT
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand telecommunications products, technologies and services, and translate them into benefits to potential customers
- Demonstrated ability making contacts, getting to decision makers, generating proposals, closing sales
- Reliable transportation and valid Florida driver's license
Compensation:
- Salary plus commissions based on experience and job position

The telephone technician shall work to install new telecommunications technologies for customers, make changes to existing customers' telecommunications systems, learn new technologies, train users/systems managers on use and administration of telecommunications technologies.
Major Duties and Functions Include:
- Install telecommunications systems/services, made changes to existing telecommunications systems/services for ComRes customers
- Use ComRes service-order and management tools to complete install/service requests, update customer records, maintain system
- Educate customers on ComRes products/services
- Train customers on use of new telecommunications technologies
- The position requires the person who can understand the technical solutions available, listen to a customer's needs, and translate that knowledge into a solution that the customer can understand. The technician must be able to operate in high-pressure situation handling multiple activities while satisfying the needs of both customer and ComRes management
What You Need to Succeed:
- Associates's or technical degree plus 2 or more years related experience in telecommunications systems installation/maintenance - preferrably for Mitel 3300 ICP, Mitel 200 ICP, Avaya IP Office, Avaya Partner, or Iwatsu systems
- The candidate must be an outgoing and customer-oriented, with the ability to manage their time wisely
- The candidate must be able to absorb technology quickly, and complete tasks with limited direction
- The candidate requires a calm approach to handling customer issues and high-stress environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Proficiency in CRM Tools such as ACT
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand telecommunications products, technologies and services, and translate them into benefits to potential customers
- Motivation to spend personal time learning new technologies and completing studies that will enhance their skills
- Reliable transportation and valid Florida driver's license
