ADIX is an application-orientated system that was designed with customization in mind. Our feature set is more than a mere checklist. The depth of functionality and flexibility of these features allows them to be programmed to fit a customer’s specific requirements.

Take Caller ID for example. These calls may be routed to a specific extension or group of extensions based on the party calling. In addition, if a call is unanswered or prematurely disconnected, the calling party’s telephone number is saved in system memory. The saved number may then be displayed on both an extension and trunk basis and called by simply pressing a key. Moreover, along with a voice mail message, ADIX will send the caller ID information to the Omega-Voice voice mail system. When the message is retrieved, Omega-Voice will automatically play the calling party’s phone number. This means no more comments like: “Why didn’t they leave their phone number?”
